Keith Showalter joined Azura five years ago as a Software Engineer and has spent that time helping build and maintain the technology that keeps Azura running smoothly behind the scenes.

As a remote team member, Keith supports fellow Azurans from his North Carolina small mountain town, where he enjoys the natural beauty and vibrant local arts community. One of his favorite things about working at Azura is knowing that his work helps make other people's jobs a little easier and ultimately helps provide members with a safe and secure place to manage their finances.

Keith's interest in working for a credit union was inspired by "It's a Wonderful Life" and the belief that everyone deserves a decent place to call home. That belief extends beyond his work, as he is grateful to be in a position to help local families with housing in his community. He also values the strong sense of community where he lives and was especially inspired by the way neighbors came together to support one another in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene.

Thank you, Keith, for five years of dedication, innovation, and service. Your work makes a difference every day for our team and our members. Congratulations on your Azuraversary!
