Hartwig Project Bathroom Recap:

This project was definitely the most challenging to date. Highlights include:
- full gut and completely redesigned bathroom to maximize space and provide additional storage
- rebuild 2nd floor including new floor joists and walls
- new plumbing (supply lines, sewer, vents, etc).
- stunning floor to ceiling shower tile including a decrative recessed wall niche
- beautiful gold fixtures throughout including matching sliding glass shower door hardware
- gorgeous engineered stone top his and hers vanity with arched mirrors
- Bluetooth bath fan/light combo
- LED GFI’s with built in night lights
- completely new electrical from the panel and LED recessed lights
- Built in linen closet for necessary storage capacity

The Carpenter bathroom is complete!

This project pulled out all of the stops:
- floor to ceiling shower tile
- recessed full length wall niche into the open space above the vaulted ceilings below
- beautiful gold fixtures and matching shower door hardware
- recessed lit and heated vanity mirror
- gorgeous engineered stone top vanity with USB and wall plugs inside
- flawless shower pan tile 🔥
- marble thresholds/transition strips
- Bluetooth bath fan/light combo
- LED GFI’s with built in night lights
- new electrical with newly installed recessed lights
- new supply lines and drains for both vanity and shower

Amazing transformation for one of my first and best clients 👏🏻

Highlights include:
• Grey Cloe tile for the shower surround
• Marble penny tile for the floor
• Marble top vanity
• LED backlit medicine cabinet
• Bluetooth bath fan
• SW Snowbound (7004) on the walls
• Refinished the gorgeous wood pantry in SW Iron Ore (7069).

Super excited for this one as it was well overdue and took this home to a whole new level!

This was the epitome of a vision that became reality. I remember walking into this house and thinking “that wall has to come down to make this kitchen functional”. A few months later, the wall was down and the new cabinets were going in. Not only did the kitchen become more functional, I was able to drastically increase the storage space as well. Really happy with this transformation!

Was called in to save this bathroom renovation from someone who claimed to be a contractor… needless to say, zero waterproofing was done, the niche that was attempted was quite possibly the worst I had ever seen and would have leaked immediately and the plumbing/electrical were suspect at best. When the homeowner complained about the shotty work, he ended up walking off the job and taking the rest of the materials with him.

Due to budget constraints, I was able to salvage the floor and the shower pan that was set. Unfortunately, the tile surround needed to be demo’d and completely redone as well as most of the plumbing and electrical.

I was asked to help design the bathroom which I gladly did. After providing several different options, the homeowner selected this design. Super happy to have saved the day on this one and put another successful project in the books!

This transformation was clean 🧼 Not only did I need to demo 2 bathrooms (1 built over the other) but the floors needed serious repair/leveling and plumbing/electrical needed to be updated. Overall, I could not be more happy with the end result.

Highlights include: Full tile surround with 1/2 wall, LED mirror, bluetooth speaker/fan combo, granite topped vanity, and a glass enclosed shower that is a straight show stopper!

Finally closed last month on my latest and greatest project which also happened to be my home for the past 2.5 years! Check out the vid for a full tour.
