2023 increase of income limits to Medicaid and the Medicare Savings Program are official. See NYS website below. An individual with income up to $2280 and couples with income up to $3077 would qualify for part B assistance.

Everyone please remember, Open Enrollment is not the only time you can change your Medicare plan! Many Medicare beneficiaries have the opportunity to make that switch during the year.
