Cooler weather means more evenings gathered around the fire. Before you light up, keep these outdoor fireplace safety tips in mind:

🏡 Keep a safe distance — Place your fireplace away from your home, trees, fences, and other structures.
🍁 Clear the area — Remove leaves, dry grass, branches, and other flammable materials nearby.
👀 Never leave it unattended — Keep an eye on the fire, especially when children and pets are nearby.
💧 Fully extinguish the fire — Make sure the fire is completely out before leaving the area or going to bed.
