Austin especially explained to me in the simplest terms so that I understood what it meant. I am not in the housing industry and most terms are strange and very hard for me to understand But Austin made it easy for me to follow through because of his expertise and experience and I really appreciate it. And for the fact that I had dealt with him before built more trust between me and him.

No too much pressure and deadlines on submission of paperwork. The support is encouraging. I had enough time to submit the required paperwork, then every other stuff was taken care of. You're talking to somebody on Sunday about maybe wanting to get a house because you've never done anything like this. They point you to their daughter who's a realtor and you explain your situation to her. She says I'm going to reach out to Austin tomorrow. 45 days later I close on the house. Austin matched my tone from my emails, where I was polite and professional but then tack on a little humor. He responded to my calls in a timely manner, and with well I believe to be the most accurate information I could have gotten. But more importantly when I first talked with him I laid out the parameters of what I was looking for in alone, and by the end of this he explained how he best fit our situation into those parameters. Not just said I did it but explained everything. I was led to believe that buying a house was one of the most stressful experiences of being an adult, but with Austin at the helm of my loan those words couldn't be further from the truth. I never once freaked out about anything, I knew what expenses were coming up and approximately how much they would cost, and as soon as information changed I was made aware of it immediately. I would normally rate this kind of service 6/7 but I guess I'll go out with a 10 out of 10 this time.
