During the construction of our new branch in Charleston, there are a few processing changes we need to adopt and definitely appreciate your understanding.

During construction, we will be down to one drive thru lane. No license plate stickers or money orders will be processed in the drive thru.

Beginning September 5th, our Charleston lobby will be open on Saturdays until construction is complete. However, we will only have one teller available. We ask that you please be patient when utilizing the lobby on Saturdays. No lenders will be available.

First Neighbor Bank is proud to announce that today we begin with the construction of our new bank building in front of our current facility in Charleston. As previously mentioned in an earlier post, the build is requiring the removal of our ATM. On September 3rd, the ATM be removed and service will not be available at this location until construction is completed in 2027.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. During this time, we will reimburse up to $3.50 per week if you use another ATM and have an account with us. Please save your receipts and turn them into the Charleston location for your reimbursements.

Our Mattoon branch ATM suffered damage on Saturday evening. The ATM will be out of service for an unknown period at this time. While it is down, we will reimburse up to $3.50 per week if you use another ATM and have an account with us. Please save your receipts and turn them into the Mattoon location for your reimbursements.
