Today I got to see and meet with Aiden to help support his Next Level baseball team. Expect big things from this young man the next few years on and off the field!

Each year we help collect back to school items for Tipp Monroe Community Services to distribute to kiddos in need. As usual we kicked off the drive with a donation from our agency. Help out if you are able and want to pitch in! I’ll put the needed supplies in the comments!

Our team has been busy today assisting anyone who has called, texted or emailed regarding potential claims from the weekend wind storms. This was some of the most widespread damage we’ve seen in 14 years at the agency. Here are some tips if you’ve experienced damage:

✅Obtain an estimate from a trusted contractor/ roofer. Be careful as out of town companies start to appear in neighborhoods knocking on doors. 🚩Be wary of any contractor “promising” coverage or “waiving deductibles “🚩. There are many reputable and trust worthy roofers and contractors in the area, don’t get stuck with a bad one.
✅Give us a call at the agency to walk through the process. We are here to help and make sure your interests are kept first and foremost.
✅We will assist you in filing a claim once it’s been determined that the damage is well above your deductible.
✅Take steps (or have your contractor take steps) to mitigate further damage.
✅Thank you in advance for patience as the claim process unfolds. There have already been thousands of area claims placed. Contractors, roofers and adjusters will be spread thin in the weeks and months to come. We will do our best to help with the process at the agency within the scope of what we can control.

Friday evening was a big night on the wrestling mat for our agency family! Katie’s son Seth won the MVL championship for his weight class in the high school tournament and Zack coached the Tipp City middle school in their middle school league tournament! Special shout out to Kacy and Alicen for coming out to support. Congrats to all the local athletes who participated.

December is the season of giving, and we were honored to be a part of this program yet again this year 🎅 🎄! Every year, we have been invited by our friend Kim to provide gifts for children who may not have anything to open on Christmas morning. We receive lists that often contain essential items that we take for granted - like pillows, blankets, toothbrushes, shoes, socks etc. We promise we get them the fun stuff too !!! We also provide shelf stable items for them to eat during break, as many kids depend on school provided food. It is our favorite charity endeavor all year, because well… all kids deserve that Christmas magic ❤️

Many people were able to bless underserved children with Christmas gifts to open and food for Winter break, and our agency always becomes a little magical as it fills with gifts from members of our community 🙌🏻 If you would like to be on Kim’s list next year, please send us a measage and we will get her your info !

A special thank you to our team member Katie ⬅️ ⭐️ who allowed Christy to mail all gifts to her house to organize and wrap for our kiddos 🙌🏻
