Walmart is planning to raise pay 💰 and launch a new training program for truckers. Truck drivers are essential for Walmart and other retailers to keep their items in stock & delivering packages quickly. 🚛

With Walmart, truck drivers can now make up to $110,000 in their first year. The new training program which allows people to earn a CDL and join Walmart's fleet has launched in Delaware and Texas.

Walmart is trying to expand the pipeline of truck drivers amid a national shortage.

Given the recent decline in available drivers, representatives proposed the Strengthening Supply Chains Through Truck Drivers Incentive Act which would create a refundable tax credit of up to $7500 for truck drivers. 💸💸

Lets encourage more drivers to get on the road and reward those who are for their hard work!

A proposed bill would create a two-year refundable tax credit of up to $7,500 for truck drivers holding a valid Class A CDL who drive at least 1,900 hours in the year.

FACTORING FACT FRIDAY! A good working relationship with a client’s customers is just as important to the factor as it is to their client.
