Phones and internet went down again at the SBY office yesterday afternoon and continues to be down as of this morning. We’ll continue working claims and service from cell phones, it’s just a bit slower so pls be patient, we’ll return every call if we happen to miss it, just leave a voicemail. Power restored at the SBY office! Thankful for our emergency responders and utility teams working around the clock to get our area back up and running. We still have some staff without power, but we’re back at the office working claims, and serving our customers. Call us at 229-382-4000 with any claims or service related questions.
