Sometimes the key to happiness is finding the key to the right home!

We closed on these two beauties this morning and I am thankful that I was able to be part of this journey with each of my customers!

I want to give a huge shout out to Madison Coleman Lindy Dorminy Bengston and Loretta Conway for helping me keep these 2 rolling smoothly to the closing table! Another huge shout out to Leslie Stone and Chad VanOrman for providing smooth closings for all parties!

This week has been a roller coaster for sure but we pulled off the trifecta today funding 3 loans and I couldn’t be more excited to have been part of each of these transactions! I had the pleasure of helping a first time homebuyer realize her dream of homeownership! I got to help a family move from Florida to the great state of Georgia (and yes, she drove up for closing just hours after riding out Hurricane Milton). I also helped a homeowner refinance his current loan and save some money! When I tell you I’m blessed, believe me!

What makes this journey even more exciting is that I get to do what I do along side some of my very best friends! Special thanks to Realtor Kristy Miranda Smith for all her hard work on two of these transactions! To say she went over, above and beyond for her clients is an understatement! I also want to give a huge shout out to Leslie Stone, Chad VanOrman and Jamie Bratcher. They always get the job done and provide smooth closing experiences for all parties!

What a great way to wrap up the week! These first time buyers are now homeowners and I could not be any more proud of them! They were such a joy to work with!

Realtors Lindy Dorminy Bengston and Wendy McCook Story did such a great job helping me keep this one rolling to the closing table! Jamie Bratcher rocked the closing table once again providing a smooth closing for all parties! I am so thankful for the team of professionals that I get to work with on a daily basis!

Mid week vibes had us welcoming another precious family to Tifton! What an absolute blessing it was to be part of this one!
