Things I wish I was told when I graduated high school
- [ ] After high school join the military
- [ ] Get a high score on the ASVAB so you can get a job in technology
- [ ] Join the closest real estate investors association where you’re stationed
- [ ] Invest 10% of your Income in your TSP
- [ ] Save 10%
- [ ] 10 percent goes to charity
- [ ] Keep your expenses low
- [ ] Get a good accountant
- [ ] Buy a 4 unit multifamily with your closest bro from your unit so you guys can live for free because the other two tenants will be paying your mortgage
- [ ] In a couple years you would have been able to gain equity
- [ ] You guys can then refi or get a home equity line of credit and get more properties
- [ ] While in the Military get your free degree in whatever you want
- [ ] While in Military document all injuries for VA Claim when you get out
- [ ] After your first enlistment you have the option to re-enlist or stay in
- [ ] If you choose to stay in become a recruiter
- [ ] Get your real estate, mortgage, and insurance licenses so you have an edge on your competition
- [ ] Choose who you want to start a family with wisely
