Kicked off the morning at the St. Joe County Leadership Seminar 🔥

Dustin Kaehr shared his GutCheck Leadership model, and one line hit hard:
“When you don’t know what to do, you’ll do what you know.”

In the moments where things get messy, unclear, or uncomfortable—we don’t suddenly become great leaders. We fall back on our habits.
So the real question is: what are you practicing every day?

Because whatever that is… that’s exactly what will lead your team when it counts.

We had such a fun time celebrating our Q2 success with an Asian cooking class at Pacific Rim Foods! 🎉🥢

A big thank you to Xin for guiding us through the experience — from rolling our own California rolls to cooking up some delicious curry, we had a blast (and left very full 😄).
