Yesterday, our agency reached a milestone that means a lot to us: 300 Google Reviews with a 5.0-star rating!

We're only the second insurance agency in our area to reach 300 reviews, and quite possibly the first to do it with a team as small as ours.

There are no tricks, gimmicks, or shortcuts behind this achievement. It's simply the result of showing up every day, answering the phone, solving problems, advocating for our clients, and doing our best to make insurance a little less complicated.

I'm incredibly proud of what our team has built. While my name may be the one clients see most often, this milestone belongs to every person working behind the scenes who helps deliver the level of service our clients have come to expect.

Most importantly, thank you to our clients. Your trust, referrals, kind words, and willingness to share your experiences are the reason we've reached this point.

When I joined the family business, I never imagined we'd one day be celebrating 300 five-star reviews. It's a reminder that consistent effort compounds over time.

Our long-term goal is 1,000 reviews. We still have a long way to go, but yesterday was a meaningful step in that journey.
