🐾 Colorado Kennel Club Dog Show 🐾
Denver's dog show returns this weekend. The Colorado Kennel Club's 123rd annual dog show runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the National Western Complex in Denver. This event is one of the 5 oldest tenured dog show events of its kind in the United States. Tickets are $10 and kids under 12 are free.

🎶 RZA and the Colorado Symphony 🎶
RZA, de facto leader of Wu-Tang Clan, joins the Colorado Symphony and Raekwon this weekend for a new show in Denver. The symphonic double feature bridges the gap between classical and contemporary music.
Performances are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday at Boettcher Concert Hall.

🏒 Colorado Avalanche vs. Arizona Coyotes 🏒
After three days of high school wrestling, Ball Arena uncovers the ice for a hockey game on Sunday. The Colorado Avalanche host the Arizona Coyotes at 4 p.m. Sunday in Denver.

💜 FHA loans are mortgage loans that are backed by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) 💜

These loans are designed to help low and moderate-income borrowers purchase a home with a lower down payment and more flexible credit requirements than traditional loans.

💜 FHA Loan Requirements:
The home you consider must be appraised by an FHA-approved appraiser
You can only get a new FHA loan if the home purchased will be your primary residence
You must occupy the property within 60 days of closing
You will pay an Up Front Mortgage Insurance Premium (UFMIP) of 1.75% of the initial loan amount. The UFMIP can be rolled into your mortgage.
You will pay a Mortgage Insurance Premium (MIP) for all FHA loans

The annual Denver Boat Show arrives this weekend at the Colorado Convention Centre.
On 14th and Stout St in Downtown Denver - Look for the big blue bear!

This should be a really fun event, check out some really cool boats and boating accessories for your summertime needs! And there is a bar at the event...to help ya make some big purchases!
The event is going on starting today - but tomorrow is the day to go! It is still in town on Sunday as well.

🐮 The National Western Stock Show wraps up this weekend! 🐎
