Martin Cleaning and Property Preservation is a specialized cleaning and property preservation organization. Our services include: Cleaning vacant homes, cleaning new homes to prepare them to be sold, Mopping, Sweeping, Vacuuming, lawn cuts and snow removal. Sales Clean-Consists of the following: sweeping and mopping, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, cobweb removal and general cleaning maintenance.

Other sales clean services will be done upon client's request. Lawn Maintenance-We maintain your lawn meeting local requirements for foreclosed properties and loan type guidelines. We do initial and weekly/monthly lawn maintenance services that include trimming of excessive vegetation like bushes, shrubs and tree branches. Snow Removal and Salt Management-We remove snow and ice according to your specifications and bids are available upon request.

Our Story

Stanley Martin is the founder and CEO of Empower Career Coaching. My goal in creating Empower Career Coaching was to create a channel where resources, information and opportunities can flow to the community. My focus is on the providing resources to underserved and disadvantaged communities and individuals.

I was born on the south side of Chicago and things were rough in the neighborhood. I struggled to discover what I wanted to do with my life. I just knew that I wanted my life to make a difference somehow. I founded The Empower Career Coaching after my job ended and I was unemployed. As I began to search for a new job I gathered a lot of valuable resources and information that I could not personally use but I felt could benefit other people. That is when I decided to start doing my own resource and job fairs. In addition to that I began doing a job support group at my church where participants were able to share job leads and resource and exchange employment information.

I enjoy what I do and I like to see people’s life change for the better as a result of have access to something they were not aware of before. I am also a husband and loving father. I draw my strength to continue to do this from my wife Charleen who keeps me balanced, focused and is always honest with me. I also think it is important for my son to see me helping others, It shows him that life is more important than what you can get out of it.
