¡Genial! ¡Comienza en febrero de 2026! Se conoce como la "Ley del Tamal". El Proyecto de Ley de la Cámara de Representantes 26-1033 ampliaría la Ley de Alimentos Caseros de Colorado para permitir que los productores caseros vendan ciertos alimentos refrigerados como tamales, burritos y tortas.

En Denver, Colorado (y alrededores), ¡pero recuerda que SIEMPRE necesitas un seguro! This is cool!! Starting February 2026!! It’s known as the “Tamale Act” House Bill 26-1033 would expand the Colorado Cottage Foods Act to allow home producers to sell certain refrigerated foods such as tamales, burritos and tortas. In denver Colorado (and surrounding) but please remember you always ALWAYS need insurance!

The insurance for small food trucks (and small food from home sales) is nominal! It’s usually less than $1k a year! It will protect you if someone eats what you’re making and selling and they get sick or have an allergic reaction! Don’t put your assets on the line and don’t get stuck in an ugly lawsuit! ¡Hola Facebook, feliz viernes!

¡Un recordatorio para todos los camioneros!

Si tienen camiones y conductores registrados en su FMCSA/SaferWeb, ¡deben (repito) DEBEN tener la misma cantidad de unidades y conductores en su póliza de Auto comercial!

Las aseguradoras están reduciendo la frecuencia con la que se dejan pasar estos problemas y ahora están cancelando pólizas por unidades y conductores no reportados. Algunas aseguradoras tampoco permiten que los asegurados corrijan el problema y, una vez que emiten el Aviso de Cancelación, no reconsideran la rescisión.

¡Llámenos hoy mismo si tiene preguntas sobre cómo esto puede estar afectándoles y si desea que revisemos y comparemos su póliza!

Hey FB happy Friday!!! Just a reminder to all my Truckers out there!

If you have Trucks and Drivers listed on your FMCSA/SaferWeb you must (I repeat) MUST have the same # of Units and the same # of drivers on your Commercial Auto Insurance Policy!

Carriers are cutting down on letting this slide and are now canceling policies over Unreported Units and unreported drivers! Some carriers are also not allowing insureds to correct the issue and once they’ve issued the Notice of Cancellation they will not reconsider rescission!
