Hey hey hey FB!! I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted on here but what can I say, life has been crazy and good!

I just wanted to let all our clients, friends and followers know that Marina and I are going to be out on Maternity leave starting August 13th 2026 for me (Veronica) and starting August 1st for Marina! Marina will be out until November 1st and I will be out until October 1st.

En Denver, Colorado (y alrededores), ¡pero recuerda que SIEMPRE necesitas un seguro! Colorado’s Tamale Act would expand the Cottage Foods Act, allowing home cooks to sell refrigerated foods while requiring food safety training.

This is cool!! Starting February 2026!! It’s known as the “Tamale Act” House Bill 26-1033 would expand the Colorado Cottage Foods Act to allow home producers to sell certain refrigerated foods such as tamales, burritos and tortas. In denver Colorado (and surrounding) but please remember you always ALWAYS need insurance!

The insurance for small food trucks (and small food from home sales) is nominal! It’s usually less than $1k a year! It will protect you if someone eats what you’re making and selling and they get sick or have an allergic reaction! Don’t put your assets on the line and don’t get stuck in an ugly lawsuit! December 23rd Office closing at 2:00 pm for Holiday Break (Veronica and Marina out all day)

Wednesday December 24th through Sunday December 28th CLOSED

Monday December 29th & Tuesday December 30th open (work from home) 9 am to 2 pm.

Weds December 31st to Sunday January 4th Closed.

Re-Open Monday January 5th normal hours 9 am to 5 pm.
