If you or someone you know is looking for a change, and loves helping people, this is the place for you! This is a customer care position. This position involves answering phones, helping customers with questions, helping out with claims, resolving billing questions, checking in with customers, and creating memorable customer experiences.
This person will work with our service team helping our current customers and help support our sales team. This person must be a self starter, be detail oriented, have ability to multitask, have good interpersonal skills, great personality, coachable, and have good computer skills. No insurance experience needed but certainly a plus. One must be able to obtain their insurance license upon accepting a position.
This position is Full Time Mon-Fri 8:30-5pm. Salary, bonus, and some commission opportunity. Also PTO and Retirement Plan.

An additional $2.2B in relief for our policyholders in the form of a rate reduction. This is in addition to the $2B dividend that was already announced.

Based on driving trends, State Farm is working to reduce auto rates in every state.

State Farm Policyholders:
Yesterday a decision was made to authorize a policyholder dividen of up to $2 Billion to State Farm Mutual Auto insurance policyholders. This dividend represents approximately 25% of the auto premium for the peroid from March 20th through May 31st. Auto insurance customers will have a dividend credit applied to their bills begining as early as June. Also during this trying time State Farm is allowing those who are struggling with their montly payments to defer. I'm very proud to be part of this wonderful organization. We are capable of handling ALL of your business electronically or through a phone call. Paperwork needed and payments can be made through our door's mail slot. If you have a unique need or an emergency, just call us in advance and we will work to accomodate you. YOU are the reason we exist!

Again, ALL payments can be made over the phone with a check, credit card, or debit card for your convenience. We are in unchartered territroy and learning how to deal with this event each pasing day. We humbly ask your patience with us as we try to figure this out. Together we can work through these minor inconveniences in an effort to keep the vulnerable people in our lives & in our community safe.
