Next Monday, May 25, all Service Oklahoma locations will be closed in observance of Memorial Day, honoring the brave service members who gave their lives for our country.

We will reopen and resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, May 26.

SCAM!
If you receive a text from Service Oklahoma saying you owe money for traffic violations, please do not click the link. Service Oklahoma will never text you asking for information or money.

There are reports of an active text and email scam targeting Oklahomans.

These are fraudulent text messages or emails claiming to be from the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety - Driver License Services (DPS) and they are not legitimate.

Scammers are claiming your registration will be revoked and your Driver License will be suspended for 30 days.

A reminder from Service Oklahoma:
• We will never call or text you to ask for payment or financial information
• Do not click links or respond to suspicious messages
• Delete and report as spam
• Our licensed operators will never request money or account info through a text

If you receive a suspicious email or text DO NOT CLICK on the links.

If you’ve already clicked a link or entered information, take immediate steps to secure your accounts.

One week until we launch faster, simpler and more secure driver license and motor vehicle services!

To prepare for the launch of this upgrade on Feb. 17, there will be a brief service pause this week.

Online services:

● Payment transactions on OkCARS will be unavailable starting tonight (Tues., Feb. 10) at 7 p.m.

● OkCARS and all e-services on service.ok.gov will be offline Wed., Feb. 11 at 5 p.m. through Mon., Feb. 16

In-person locations:

● All Service Oklahoma locations and local Licensed Operators will be temporarily closed starting Thursday, Feb. 12 through Sunday, Feb. 15.

● Select locations will be open by appointment only on Monday, Feb. 16 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Book your appointment online by selecting Service Appointment: https://kiosk.app.qless.com/03262341-d478-4ac8-afde-2afc2f3745ae.

Tuesday, February 17: All services resume with a faster, simpler system and a new online platform (Navigate).
