Simply put, you reap what you sow.

As sad as it is to see people take advantage of the situation to get ahead, we are not surprised and are thankful that such practices are being stopped.

Unfortunately, these types of cases are not isolated to just one city or state. We have seen this happen across the country and even locally where a bail agents will use whatever means they can to get ahead - even compromised ethics and principles.

We find it laughable that these companies and the individuals who practice such deceptive practices think they won't get caught - yet they always will get found out - maybe not today but it will come to light and the opportunity for helping out a customer was replaced with greed.

Next time a client goes to use a bail agent simply ask them how long they have been writing for the surety company they write for - you'd be surprised to see how some agents jump around from company to company only to loose those appointments because of bad business practices.
