PRMI was notified additional funds were recently added to the Down payments assistance Program we offer. One fund covers Police, Firefighters, Paramedics and Teachers earning less than $110,000 annually. A second covers first-time-homebuyers with $60,000 in Down payment and closing Costs assistance. Areas covered under the second are those affected by the 2016 flood, Hurricane Ida, Delta and Laura. Minimum 640 Credit on both. Income limits apply.
