The little things drive happiness, or unhappiness. Small daily behaviors have a compounding effect on mental health and life satisfaction

Happiness isn’t just about chasing pleasure or success. Happiness is about removing self-sabotaging habits and replacing them with simple, intentional actions.

Ultimately, your happiness is up to you and it's earned on a daily basis.

✅ The secret is to audit your habits weekly and invert when necessary.

↳ At the end of each week, reflect on one “unhappy” behavior you’ve slipped into (e.g., avoiding problems or constant comparison). Then consciously choose its positive inversion and practice it for 7 days.

✅ You must anchor positive habits to your routine.

↳ Pair happier habits with things you already do such as talking a walk during your lunch hour.

✅ When all else fails create a happiness first aid checklist.

↳ When you feel stuck, check in with the list: Did I get outside today? Did I compliment someone? Did I move or create something? This helps re-center and recalibrate in real time.

I used to "set goals" regularly.

New Year's Eve, Q2, a new project...

I'd write something down, feel good about it for a day, then never look at it again.

Sound familiar?

Here's what I've learned:

→ A goal without a deadline is a fantasy.
→ Add a deadline and it becomes an objective.
→ Add a plan and it becomes an intention.
→ Add action and it becomes progress.
→ Make it personal and it becomes fulfillment.

Most of us get stuck at the first step.

We focus on the outcome but skip the structure to get there.

To turn a goal into reality, you need to follow the steps below under fulfillment.

Have a personal goal, as well as a deadline, also a plan to achieve that goal and then take the action to make it happen!!!
