My first closing of the year—and what a way to start the year! Everyone in this transaction is a friend of mine. I’ve known my first time homebuyer since she was in middle school and she and her husband closed on their first home today. They are both under 21 and made this purchase all on their own! I am so proud of them. If you’d like 2026 to be the year you become a homeowner, let me know. We have so many financing options and you don’t need a big down payment or perfect credit!

After I finished my last workout of 2025, an Air Force pilot friend/client calculated an average of how much I lifted over the course of a year lifting 3 times a week. Since he’s a pilot, he calculated it in planes, which is both hilarious and satisfying. According to his calculations, in 2025 I lifted over 2,900,000 pounds, or the equivalent of 3 C-5s, giant transport planes. He also sent me this AI image. My muscles aren’t quite that big yet, but I’m working on it. Here’s to 2026 and even bigger muscles! 🤣🤣👍💪🇺🇸✈️

What a great flyover at the Military Appreciation game! Beautiful weather and that fantastic chopper sound. I love the helicopters and cargo planes the most. Not as flashy as the jets, they’re the workhorses of our military. Here’s the info on who and what flew over—including Aggies, of course!

Four Army helicopters flown by the 1st Air Cavalry Brigade out of Fort Hood—a CH-47 Chinook, a UH-60 Black Hawk, and two AH-64 Apaches.
