Provide administrative and operational support for the team (e.g. calendar management, travel arrangements, processing forms, responding to client requests).
• Prepare for client meetings by ensuring all applications and servicing forms are created accurately and run reports.
• Ownership of implementation of advisor recommendations including processing paperwork and money movement.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients in their servicing needs via phone, email, and face to face.
• Serve as the expert in guiding our clients to utilize our company website, eSignature, and other tools.
• Coordinate and communicate with our team to enhance customer care.
• Creates a positive client experience through friendly and competent responses to client requests.
• Process customer requests, transactions and orders – including opening/transferring accounts, assist in onboarding clients and with additional new account openings.
· Ensure new business paperwork is accurately submitted. This includes preparing forms to be presented to clients, obtaining appropriate signatures, submission and follow-up of new account documentation.
· Enter Client data in SalesForce, create meeting agendas and summaries.
• Maintain/manage/organize electronic files and CRM.
• Answer phones.
• Provides back-up support to the company Receptionist on a rotating basis.
• Operates office systems or machines.
• Perform other duties as requested.
· Ability to pass intensive background screening.

Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience
