We are very honored to have our recent transaction, the $218.4 million acquisition of Front Line Power Construction by Orbital Energy Group (NASDAQ: OEG) recognized with two awards last night at the ACG Houston Deal of the Year Awards. The deal was recognized as the Utility, Power & Infrastructure Deal of the Year, and was also honored as the Houston Impact Award Deal of the Year, which recognizes the Deal of the Year that drives the most middle-market growth in the Houston region. Our transaction had several connections to Houston, including Houston-based sellers, buyers, two investment banks as well as the seller's attorneys, BoyarMiller.
