Congratulations to this lovely family on the closing of their brand new home. We just got the certificate of occupancy Thursday and were able to get them closed Friday! Craig Ryan with Keller Williams found them the perfect home (with equity) and they couldn't be happier! The whole process was a breeze. Started 12/26/18 and ended with a closing celebration on 1/11/19 --- 20 days early 🎉🎉🎉 Between our buyer, the builder, the realtor, title and my amazing team at Certified Mortgage Planners we CRUSHED IT!!!
