Getting close to 65?

One of the biggest things that affects your costs…

👉 In-network vs out-of-network

In simple terms:

In-network = lower cost
Out-of-network = higher cost (sometimes a LOT higher)

Same doctor visit… completely different bill depending on your plan.

That’s why checking your network before you go can save you a lot of money.

I talk to people all the time who feel stuck with their health insurance…

Even if it’s too expensive or doesn’t really fit their needs.

Another one that confuses a lot of people…

👉 Out-of-pocket maximum

This is the MOST you’ll pay in a year for covered medical costs.

Once you hit that number… your insurance covers 100% of covered services.

So even though you may still have:
• Deductibles
• Copays
• Coinsurance

There’s a cap that protects you from worst-case scenarios.

Understanding this can make a big difference when choosing a plan.
