In the spirit of health, what are your favorite food items from which grocery store?

I'm realizing I have to go to Sam's Club or Costco to get 5 things and it's gonna be 100 dollars, lol...

Protein Pancakes (They're amazing).

Ahi Tuna (it's amazing).

Celsius Pack.

Mesquite Chicken.

Teriyaki Chicken.

Then Walmart and HEB to get all the stuff that goes with it and Misc.

Would it be weird to make a video of where to get the best price items for the healthiest meals?

I'm so wired, I look at protein: everything else like a stock market risk reward trade:

Most protein for the least fats and carbs and strike all sugar lol.

Like Amazon has really good organic lentils and black rice, you can get 2lb or organic non GMO lentils for 9.99.

HEB carriers my favorite protein bars:

"Power Crunch triple chocolate" They were one of my film festival sponsors upon request and taste absolutely amazing,

Like dessert.

Ok, so it has come to my attention that the SSA office will often tell Veterans that "They don't have to enroll in Part-B of Medicare" if they don't plan to use it while fully disabled under 65.

The problem is that when you do in fact turn 65 and want to enroll in Medicare Part-B, you may get hit with a 10% fee for every year you have been eligible and did not take it, when you do finally enroll.

Meaning that if you became Part-B Eligible at 60, and did not take it, you might get hit with a theoretical hit that may look something like this:

Part-B Fee at 60: 160.00 X 10% = 16.00 per month
Part-B Fee at 61: 160.00 X 10% = 16.00 per month
Part-B Fee at 62: 160.00 X 10% = 16.00 per month
Part-B Fee at 63: 160.00 X 10% = 16.00 per month
Part-B Fee at 64: 160.00 X 10% = 16.00 per month

Part-B enrollment Fee per month at 65= 160.00 + 16.00 X 5 = 80.00 per month so your Part-B fee at enrollment for Medicare at 65 may be 244.00 Per Month,

Permanently.

If you have any questions, I'm happy to help, but please keep this in mind.

It's been heartbreaking, telling veterans turning 65, that they're subject to these ridiculous fees when someone from Medicaid told them "They don't have to enroll".
