Next up in our Meet the Team series is someone who may not have the title “Agent,” but she is absolutely an essential part of what makes Hall Insurance what it is. ❤️
Meet Brenda Dickson, our Customer Service Representative, Administrative Assistant, Claims Specialist, problem-solver, and honestly… our GOAT! 🐐
Brenda joined Hall Insurance in 2016, just one month after Julie. She had spent many years working in customer service before coming to Hall Insurance. Kim had posted about a job opening on Facebook, Brenda took a chance on us, and 10 years later, she is still pouring her heart into Hall Insurance every single day. 🥰
When Brenda first started, she and Julie sat together at the front of the office and tackled the day-to-day duties side by side until Julie moved into the agent role. And Brenda still remembers those infamous Friday afternoon office meetings Bradley would call at 4:40 p.m., right before everyone was supposed to go home, only for them to last well past 5!! Those were definitely everyone's favorite… said no one ever! 😂
Over the years, Brenda has taken the lead on claims processing and has become our go-to person for helping clients navigate their accident, cancer, life, and disability claims. She knows the ins and outs of the process and has helped countless clients along the way.
And honestly, this is one of the things that makes Hall Insurance different. When you have a claim, we don't just hand you a phone number and tell you to call customer service. You have Brenda. She is here to help, answer questions, walk you through the process, and make sure you have someone in your corner. ❤️
The insurance industry has changed A LOT over the past 10 years, and Brenda has been right in the middle of helping our office navigate those changes. She is the person we turn to when we get behind, when we need help, and when we need someone to jump in and get things done. And she does it all with a smile.
Brenda is truly full of joy and sunshine, and you can even hear it through the phone when you talk to her! ☀️ She genuinely cares about every person she speaks with and every client she helps.
Outside of work, Brenda has been married to her husband, David “Mickey,” for 38 years! ❤️ Together they have two children, Maeghan (33) and Dalton (27). Maeghan and her husband, Elliot, live in Houston, while Dalton and his wife, Lauren, live in Austin.
And if you know Brenda, you know there are two things she loves: her family and Boxers! Their family currently has two Boxers, Phoebe and Apollo, who always keep things interesting!
Brenda, thank you for 10 years of dedication to Hall Insurance and to the insurance industry. Thank you for being the person we can count on, for always jumping in when we need you, for taking care of our clients, and for bringing your positive attitude to the office every single day.
Our office is what it is because of the people behind the scenes who keep everything moving, and you are a HUGE part of that. Your kindness, graciousness, loving spirit, hard work, and positivity are unmatched. 💕☀️
