**OPEN TODAY** The Tewksbury Community Market is open TODAY (Thursday, September 3, 2026) from 4pm to 7pm at Livingston Park, in the parking lot behind the Recreation Center (288 Livingston Street).

We're expecting Mother Nature to mostly cooperate with us. Come celebrate 'Back To School' week and support our 25 vendors. FRAUD FRIDAY: Bank Impersonation Scam

Scammers may pretend to be your bank and claim there’s suspicious activity on your account. They can even spoof the phone number, making the call appear legitimate.

If you receive a call like this, hang up and call your bank directly using a number you know and trust. Never share passwords, PINs, or verification codes with an unexpected caller.

Don’t let urgency make the decision for you.

Grandparent scams are designed to make you panic. A caller may pretend to be your grandchild, or another loved one and claim there's an emergency, such as an accident, an arrest, or a medical problem. They may even use AI to imitate a loved one's voice.

If you receive a call like this, hang up and contact your family member directly using a number you already know. Don't send money or provide personal or financial information until you've verified the story.

Scammers want you to act quickly. Give yourself permission to slow down.
