Daily 2-minute receipt grab. Snap it and drop it in a “YYYY-MM Receipts” folder.

Friday 15 review. Open P&L + Balance Sheet + unpaid invoices. Fix the weird stuff before it grows legs.

Bank rules = less chaos. Set rules for your top 10 repeat vendors this month. Future-you will cry happy tears.

Memo the why. Add a 3-word memo (“what/why”). Mystery meat transactions begone.

Close Undeposited Funds weekly. It should live at $0—like a good houseplant.

Sanity-check payouts. After each Square/Shopify deposit, make sure the clearing account returns to $0
