Seven buyers. Seven completely different situations, budgets, goals, and paths to getting the keys. Some were pretty straightforward, some needed a little more “okay, here’s the plan” 😂 — but we figured it out together and got them HOME.

And that’s what I want future buyers to know: you don’t need to have everything figured out before you call me. You don’t need to know which loan you need, exactly how much to put down, or even what price range makes sense yet. We start with where you are and build the plan from there.

So thankful for every buyer who trusted me, every Realtor who trusted me with their people, and my team who helped get all seven across the finish line.

JUST CLOSED in Terre Haute, Indiana! 🏡🔑

This one was Clear to Close FAST, but the road to the closing table still gave us a little adventure. 😂 A water test needed some extra attention, and it took great communication between the buyer, real estate agents, and mortgage team to get everything handled and keep the loan moving forward.

We also got strategic with seller concessions. Instead of focusing only on the purchase price, we used the seller concessions to help get this buyer’s monthly mortgage payment exactly where they wanted it to be. 🙌
