Listening to what your client expects from your business, product, and service is a great starting point. Really infer from their statements what they enjoy about your product or service and exactly why they use it. Paying attention to what they DON'T LIKE IS equally IF NOT MORE important.

This can give you key insights on where to improve, and gauge where you're already succeeding.
