A little more time for a big industry transition. 🏡
The implementation of UAD 3.6 has been extended, with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae offering a voluntary implementation waiver through May 19, 2027.
While this gives the industry additional time to prepare, our team has been preparing for the original November 2, 2026, implementation date and will continue working closely with our appraisal partners throughout the transition.
