It is my pleasure to offer my recommendation for Candice Kovach, who worked full time for our family for more than six years starting in 2019. During that time, she cared for our children from very early childhood through their pre-teen years, demonstrating dedication, patience, and skill at every stage.
When Candice began working with our family, we had three young children ages five, three, and three months. Over the years, our family grew, and by the end of her employment she was caring for four children ages twelve, ten, six, and four. Throughout this entire period, she adapted seamlessly to our children’s changing needs, personalities, and developmental stages.

Candice kept our children engaged in meaningful and age-appropriate activities. She consistently found creative educational and recreational opportunities, including reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, games, and enrichment activities that supported learning while keeping the children excited and motivated. She balanced fun with structure, ensuring our children were stimulated without being overwhelmed.

Equally important, Candice maintained clear expectations and routines. She was diligent about ensuring homework was completed thoroughly and on time, helped the children stay organized, and reinforced responsibility by making sure chores were completed consistently. Her calm but firm approach helped our children develop independence and accountability.

Beyond her practical skills, Candice formed genuine, caring relationships with each of our children. She treated them with kindness and respect, communicated openly with us as parents, and was attentive to their emotional well-being. We trusted her completely and always felt confident that our children were safe, supported, and well cared for in her presence.
