The Sandell Team is led by Western Division President, Ryan Sandell. After graduating from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business, Ryan began his career in the real estate industry. Ryan became a licensed Loan Originator in 2003 and has since grown his team to 10 licensed Loan Originators, a dedicated marketing team, in-house processing, closing and underwriting departments. Ryan has cultivated an extensive book of realtor referral partners and is a preferred lender for several local and nationwide new home builders.

The Scottsman Guide has previously recognized Ryan Sandell as one of the Top Producing Loan Officers in the Nation and Mortgage Executive Magazine recently named three members of the Sandell Team as Top 1% of Mortgage Originators in America for 2017. Since joining NFM Lending in 2016 as its first West Coast operation, the Sandell Team has steadily grown and remained a top producing branch in the company, closing 1,358 loans for over $335 million in 2019.
