Our growing insurance brokerage is looking for someone motivated, dependable, and ready to build a long-term career.

This is an entry-level opportunity with a clear path for growth:

• First 6 months: Learn the business and work toward getting your insurance license
• After 6 months: Pay increase upon becoming licensed
• After 1 year: Additional raise and/or commission opportunities

No experience in insurance? That’s okay. We’re willing to train the right person—someone who shows up, works hard, and wants to improve.

What we’re looking for:
• Strong work ethic
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Interested in long-term career growth

We are looking for full time, hungry sales professionals who are looking for more than just a job. Being self motivated is a must. Sales training is helpful but not necessary to apply. We are willing to train you and pay for your licensing. Pay is based on experience. Starting pay is $13 per hour with an immediate raise after you are licensed.
