Did you know there’s a wax ring underneath your toilet that helps create a watertight seal between the toilet and the floor?

Over time, that seal can wear out, crack, or start leaking sometimes without you noticing right away.

Keep an eye out for:
• Water around the base of your toilet
• A toilet that rocks or shifts
• Musty or unpleasant smells
• Soft or damaged flooring around the toilet
