Happy President's Day!
Last week marked a small increase to home for sale and average list price came down slightly. Likely a reaction to rate increases and the inflation reporting 3.1% versus the anticipated 2.9%. With the latest economic reports many believe fewer rate cuts are coming this year.
With inventory at lows rarely seen home prices are likely to remain strong if not at least slightly increasing.
