Achieve teammates recently stepped away from their desks and onto the trail for (S)Heroes Hike & Brunch, hosted in partnership by our Heroes and She Achieves employee resource groups.

More than 20 teammates — along with family members and guests — joined for a morning focused on wellness, connection and community.

“Workplace connection doesn’t always happen in meeting rooms or over video calls. Sometimes it happens on a trail, during a casual walk or while sharing a meal together,” said Jordan Figueroa, senior program manager of employee experience. “What stood out most wasn’t just the time outdoors, but the sense of community. Events like this create opportunities for people from different teams, backgrounds and experiences to get to know one another in a more meaningful way.”

This month, we’re celebrating women who are growing into the next chapter of their leadership journey.

Kiesha Chever, Member Services Supervisor, is one of the recent graduates of the Inspired LeadHER Program, a seven-month leadership development experience designed to help more women step confidently into leadership roles.

Through hands-on training, mentorship, and a cohort of supportive peers, participants build the skills, confidence and connections needed to take the next step in their careers.

“Meeting so many accomplished women in business and leadership has been both inspiring and motivating. What I cherish most is the opportunity to connect with other women who, like me, are eager to grow and develop. Building meaningful relationships while learning from one another’s experiences has been truly rewarding. I hope to strengthen my leadership skills and, most importantly, discover ways to uplift and inspire other women on their own journeys.”
