A crackdown on murals in Paterson has led to outcry. One mural honored two men who were shot to death last spring, but the city forced the owner to take it down. That wasn't the only mural that was eyed for removal. Roseanne Colletti reports.

3HHH is ready to embark on a journey that has been sitting on the back burner. As we continue to see the struggles within our communities, we are reaching out to those who will support our cause. We are not funded by any grants, and any monetary donation will be accepted. We are working alongside Jubilee Finance www.jubileefinance.org to assure you that your donation will not be made in vain. We are reaching out to our homeless veterans who risked their lives to allow us the freedom we enjoy. Just as Christ sacrificed His life, so has every man and woman are a part of our military forces. When I visit the VA Hospital, I see the scars, wounds, and PTSD patients; so young, who have lost more than what we can give, but with your help, we can help the VA hospitals across America meet the needs of these men and woman. Some have lost hope, their families and loved ones, who are afraid of them. Let's do what Christ has called us to do, and help those who cannot help themselves. Be a blessing and join the fight, and we will be able to not only help veterans, but our young men and women who are lost in the world, by providing them with counseling, and educational programs, job training, to make our homes and communities a safe place to live and raise our future generation. Amen!

As Christians, why are we broke? Why have we not prospered like the Hebrews (Israelites)? Why are we concerned when we give to an individual or the church? The time has come for each brother and sister to take possession of the land (Numbers 33:53), the Body of Christ time has come to take back the land (Proverbs 13:22), and believe in God our Father; as Abraham did, to go and possess the land. How can we accomplish this is we do not see our giving as a service unto God (Proverbs 19:17, Matthew 6:2, 22:17-21; Acts 5:4; Romans 14:4-8; 2 Corinthians 8:5; Colossians 3:22-25).
According to (3 John 7 and 2 Corinthians 6:14-18), those who have been filled with the Spirit of Christ is obligated to giving to the people of God and the work of God. We are exhorted to give to the Body of Christ; but prohibited from taking funds from the unbeliever. According to the Old Testament (Deuteronomy 14:22-29; Haggai 1:1-11; Malachi 3:7-12, and in the New Testament (Romans 12:13, Galatians 2:10, Hebrews 13:16; 1 John 3:17), we are commanded to give for certain needs. When we fail to provide for these certain needs; especially if we are able to provide to the other individual, we are in disobedience to God’s Word.
The privilege of being able to give shows our generosity, even if we are poor, it is the gratitude we have towards God and our love for the Body of Christ (2 Corinthians 8 and 9), we find out that it is better to give than to receive (Acts 20:35), for our reward is from God. For our giving is an act or another form of worship (Luke 16:1-13), which shows our faithfulness as stewards (Luke 16:9-12).
If you believe in the Word of God, then believe in what Jubilee Finance is, and the Ministry that we are building to take back the possession of the land for the building of God’s Kingdom while here on earth. How many of us spend over $20.00 a month at a club, buying your alcoholic beverage, w**d, or money on what does not last? Think about that $20.00 each month ($240.00) a year and multiply it by 5 years = $1200.00, now multiply $1200.00 by 1000 = $600,000.00. You can take that $600,000.00 and use it towards your retirement, pay off debt and live debt free. You do not have to sell anything or throw party's, the only thing you have to do is get 4 people to join as an affiliate, and from there, you add members while the 4 affiliates go through the same process. Amazing is it not? Well it works, and it is something that you need to think about. It is like saving your money in God's bank, and adding members. Jubilee has taken a bit of a different approach. Our members are both borrower and ‘lender’, so to speak. Those who join become members of the network who agree to donate $20 per month. These donations don’t just go into a pot and wait for members to borrow, they are actually placed in the Loan Share Accounts of the members who are responsible for inviting the member into the ministry.
