As 2024 is now in the books and we see businesses posting success for the year, I wanted to post something a little different. Real Estate this year for a lot of people was hard.... a market none of us has seen before, even 30 year+ veterans. More than 74% of active licensed agents did not sell a single home in 2024. With that said the fact that our team was able to provide for their families, maintain excellent service to their clients, show up day in and out with a smile and a "Can Do" attitude makes me so proud to post these numbers! Yes they are lower than years past, yes we fell short of our goals and yes it was a fight all year long, however we earned every single one of these sales. Thank you Ennoble Realty Team for showing up in rough waters. I am very proud of you. Let the 2025 hustle begin.
