Mortgage rates started the week slightly lower, but they’ve climbed back to about where we finished last week.

The biggest driver? More hawkish comments from the Fed, signaling there may still be more work to do before we see meaningful rate cuts.

📊 The 10-Year Treasury is currently sitting around 4.73%, nearly identical to last week’s close.
