Rates are going up (LLPA's), on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans, more regardless of what the Fed does for loans closing after April 4th.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have announced upcoming changes to LLPAs for qualifying conventional loans where the borrower has a DTI over 40% and an LTV over 60%. Additionally, they are changing LLPAs for a majority of the FICO/LTV buckets. Current UWM Rate Sheets list both the old and new adjustments.
