What a night we had last night at the Perry County Christmas Party. I am still smiling inside and out ❤️ It was a great evening filled with food, drinks, music, dancing, games, and laughter!!!
There are so many people to thank, who helped make this special night happen.
First and foremost the Auditors Office staff- Kelli Wilgus, Kimberly Lasher, Nichole Senn, and Leisa Meyer Ecker.
They always have my back and I appreciate SO MUCH!!!!
The planning for this party started back in March of this year, when I come to them with the idea to host the 2023 Christmas Party as the county has not had one since before Covid. Now mind you, we are all new to local government…3 months in on a new adventure. All of the office staff had been working in the Auditors Office for less than a year when I took office in January. So, on top of the challenges of learning so much in their daily duties, which take up all of our work day and some….they agreed to work on this with me after hours. This party wouldn’t have done it without them ❤️
Second, thank you to all our local businesses and vendors that donated monetarily to cover expenses and for all the AMAZING doorprizes!!!! We all are beyond thankful!!!
Lastly, to all my county co-workers who took time out of their busy life to come celebrate together on December 1st as we start the Holiday Season!!
We all needed this night of laughter and good camaraderie❤️
One last special thank you to Eric and Cassandra Dickenson for providing our music for the evening. You two are always there to help a friend, and I appreciate your friendship so much!
