Our roof is being repaired today. Hopefully for real this time 🤣 I am in the office until noon but they have the whole front sidewalk and entrance roped off for safety. We will not be able to do vehicle registrations today but I can tend to your insurance by phone and if I have to dodge debris to run something out to your vehicle, I will 😆 254-739-2652

UPDATE: it’s back up and running, office should be open by 10:00

We still do not have phone or internet service. We’re attempting to get the phones forwarded to one of us to work remotely but it’s a pain. Until then, our office will be closed. We are not able to access any policies or payment info or do registrations without internet. Sorry!

Phone and internet is out right now. We will not be in the office until AT&T gets it back up. We have no way to look up anything or process payments

We are trying to be as accommodating as possible during these hard times but people are making it extremely difficult by not following directions.

Our door is NOT open for people to walk into our office. However, we are STILL WORKING. This is to protect our families as well as our customers and their families.

We will no longer return change for cash payments. The amount you drop in, is the amount we will process on your policy. If you need your payment to be the exact amount that is due, leave exact change in an envelope with your name on it or get a money order at the post office next door.
