Claiborne County Farm Bureau, Claiborne Farmers Co-Op, and Farm Credit Mid-America/ Rural 1st donated a total of $1500to Claiborne Food Ministries for their food pantry to feed the hungry in Claiborne County. Funds were raised through the Shooting Hunger spotting clay shoots. Claiborne County Farm Bureau, Claiborne Farmers Co-Op, and Farm Credit Mid-America/Rural 1st donated a total of $1500 to REC Ministries to provide backpack meals for the hungry kids in Claiborne County. Funds were raised through the Shooting Hunger sporting clay shoots. The Claiborne County Farm Bureau Women’s committee has donated to support 2 local charities. The Manna House Community Outreach provides clothing and food to underprivileged families in Claiborne County. REC Ministries provides food and other necessities to the people in our surrounding area. Shown in the pictures is Women’s Chair Bridget Day presenting the donations to each charity.
