💚 SEPTEMBER REVIEW OF THE MONTH 💚
We’re back with another Review of the Month, and September’s review is one we just had to share!
Jillian took the time to leave a 5-star review after reaching out to our team when they were having trouble with the payment portal. They specifically recognized one of our agents for responding through text, identifying that the portal was experiencing an issue, and getting them pointed in the right direction. They also gave a shoutout to another member of our team, who continued helping when they called in.
But one part of this review really stood out:
“Thank you for using texting and for having real people, rather than AI.”
That is something we’re especially proud of 💚
Technology can make things faster and more convenient, but sometimes you just need a real person who will listen, troubleshoot the problem, and help you figure out what to do next.
That’s exactly what our team did and we’re so excited to recognize them as part of our September Review of the Month 👏

💚 10 YEARS WITH PAYCOURT/CCP! 💚
Well… they say time flies when you’re having fun, but I’m pretty sure that depends on the day!
We’re celebrating TWO of our amazing senior agents who have officially been with PayCourt/CCP for 10 YEARS!
That’s approximately 2,610 days, 20,880 hours (give or take a vacation day or 2), thousands of phone calls, and dozens of people touched by their kindness and understanding!
Earlier this year, one of them even broke a company collection record, setting a number that we’re pretty sure the rest of us are going to be chasing for a while!
After 10 years, there’s a lot to be proud of, and even more to celebrate. We’re incredibly grateful for everything these two bring to the team. Their experience, their knowledge, their personalities, and yes… even the occasional headache!
So here’s to 10 years down and only [X] more until retirement! We’re hoping that number is still VERY far away because we’re not ready to let these two go just yet!
Happy 10 years to our girls! 🥂💚 We’re so lucky to have you!

Eight years is a BIG milestone, and we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate it than by highlighting her talents and skills.
Working in collections isn't always the easiest job, but our team works hard every day to remember that there is a real person on the other side of every account with their own story and struggles.

Each month, we’ll be highlighting one of the reviews left by the real people we have the opportunity to work with every day.
The review for July is such a great example of what we strive for at PayCourt/CCP!
Our team takes pride in remembering that behind every account number and every balance is a real person with a real life situation. Life happens, circumstances change, and sometimes people simply need someone willing to listen, understand, and help find a solution that works. Our job may be to collect, but we believe we can do that while still treating every person who calls our office with kindness, patience, understanding, and respect.
