💚 10 YEARS WITH PAYCOURT/CCP! 💚
Well… they say time flies when you’re having fun, but I’m pretty sure that depends on the day!
We’re celebrating TWO of our amazing senior agents who have officially been with PayCourt/CCP for 10 YEARS!
That’s approximately 2,610 days, 20,880 hours (give or take a vacation day or 2), thousands of phone calls, and dozens of people touched by their kindness and understanding!
Earlier this year, one of them even broke a company collection record, setting a number that we’re pretty sure the rest of us are going to be chasing for a while!
After 10 years, there’s a lot to be proud of, and even more to celebrate. We’re incredibly grateful for everything these two bring to the team. Their experience, their knowledge, their personalities, and yes… even the occasional headache!
So here’s to 10 years down and only [X] more until retirement! We’re hoping that number is still VERY far away because we’re not ready to let these two go just yet!

During the month of August alone, this collector received 7 Google reviews from people just like you who took their time to recognize her for being helpful, kind, professional, and willing to work with them⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Eight years is a BIG milestone, and we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate it than by highlighting her talents and skills.
Working in collections isn't always the easiest job, but our team works hard every day to remember that there is a real person on the other side of every account with their own story and struggles.

Thank you for 8 years of showing up, helping people, and doing what you do best. Your hard work definitely hasn't gone unnoticed!

We are excited to start a new little segment here at PayCourt/CCP
Review of the Month! 🎉
Each month, we’ll be highlighting one of the reviews left by the real people we have the opportunity to work with every day.
The review for July is such a great example of what we strive for at PayCourt/CCP!
Our team takes pride in remembering that behind every account number and every balance is a real person with a real life situation. Life happens, circumstances change, and sometimes people simply need someone willing to listen, understand, and help find a solution that works. Our job may be to collect, but we believe we can do that while still treating every person who calls our office with kindness, patience, understanding, and respect.

While collections isn't always the easiest or most glamorous job, our team works hard every day to treat people with kindness, understanding, and respect.

⛳️ What a fantastic day on the course! ⛳️

PayCourt/CCP was proud to sponsor a hole and participate in Ron's Produce Wholesale Food Service Golf Outing benefiting the Taylorville Food Pantry ❤️

We always enjoy opportunities to support organizations that make a difference in our community, and it was great to see so many businesses, volunteers, sponsors, and golfers come together for such a worthy cause.

Thank you to Ron's Produce for hosting a wonderful event and to everyone who helped make it a success. We are grateful to have been a small part of a day dedicated to giving back to our community.

The moms running on no sleep and lots of coffee/energy drinks, doing their best through the chaos. The moms with full homes, empty nests, heavy hearts, and everything in between!

Motherhood looks different for everyone, but your love, sacrifice, and strength deserve to be recognized today and every day 🫶
