Yesterday our Youth Leadership Team hosted 23 Cloverbud age youth for a Farm and Flower themed workshop! We all had so much fun!

The Youth Leadership Team worked hard planning this event from start to finish, putting so much thought and effort into the details of the day. All of their hard work paid off as the Cloverbuds left with smiles and ready for another event!

The Christian County 4-H Youth Leadership Team organized a food collection and time to work at the food pantry as their community service this year and Saturday we saw those donations in action helping families in Christian County.

Each youth picked their own location for their collection box and was in charge of organizing that and promoting it. They all did a phenomenal job and it showed as their donations came in at 93 toiletry items, 245 food items, and a Kroger gift card.

Seeing those donations being promptly loaded onto the shelves at the food pantry and seeing the impact those donations have directly on the community was a great experience for those who were able to make it to help out at the pantry!

Proud of these teens and the ways in which they stepped out of their own comfort zones through this project and truly made a positive impact on the community!
