To anyone who has a Medicare plan. There are many changes that will affect your drug AND medical coverages for 2025. If you are one of our clients, make sure you make one of our meetings to learn how it will affect you going forward. We do not do the “Medicare illegal” free lunches that you see on this platform. We only do allowed meetings either one on one or small groups. We will have group meetings almost every Friday in our Taylors SC agency office through November at 10A. September is here and for Culp Insurance Agency that means we are preparing for the Medicare Annual Election Period (AEP). The time period Medicare has setup is October 15th to December 7th. During this time, those who have Medicare A or B, can choose a Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) with an effective date of January 1st. If you have Medicare A and B, you can sign up or change a Medicare Advantage Plan with or without drug coverage (MAPD) with an effective date of January 1st.

We are having Pre AEP meetings over the next 6 weeks in South Carolina upstate (Simpsonville) and in Indiana (Monticello) to explain your Medicare options, discuss the difference between Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplements. If you would like to join one of there meetings, just call our office at 864-757-8140 for more information.

Medicare can be overwhelming when you consider how to navigate your way into it. That is one of our goals, to get you an understanding of how it all works. Feel free to bring friends or family members to assist with your decisions.
