This mornings meeting at HGAR HQ with NAREB was extremely important and informative. Dorothy Bostoe was there to explain in layman's terms how this law will affect our Realtor partners. The law goes into effect on August 17th. I strongly urge all agents to be familiar with the new forms and language. Please, if you don't have a strong understanding of this new law, speak to your broker or whichever agency you belong to. If you still have questions, please reach out to Dorothy Bostoe.
